What Is the Arrangers’ Club?
The Arrangers’ Club is a flower membership for creative souls who love the art of flower arranging. It’s a weekly subscription program run by Sea Change Farm & Flower, a flower farm in Accord, NY (we’re your new friends!).
Each week, members receive a curated collection of locally-grown flower stems, selected to help you create a beautiful flower arrangement for your home.
When & Where is the Pickup?
Flower pickup is weekly on Thursday afternoons from 4pm – 5:30pm, at Sea Change Farm & Flower, located at 340 Queens Highway, Accord NY 12404.
What Does Membership Include?
As an Arrangers’ Club member, you’ll receive:
- a weekly curated flower bundle (~$50 value each week)
- access to our hand-picked tools, supplies, and vases for purchase at pickup
- access to additional flowers for purchase at pickup
- first-serve priority for our monthly Flower Happy Hour, and a discounted ticket
- 10% discount on all Sea Change Farm & Flower Workshops
I’m a Total Beginner at Flower Arranging. Can I Still Join?
Yes! You can absolutely join. We’re sure you’ll learn just from practicing arranging your weekly flower bundle, and by seeing our Demo Arrangement each week.
If you want to grow your skills, you’ll get a discounted rate on all our Workshops, which teach the foundational skills of flower arranging. You’ll also pick up new arranging skills if you come to Flower Happy Hour–just in a more casual, cocktail-y way!
What’s Flower Happy Hour?
Flower Happy Hour is our monthly gathering geared towards Arrangers’ Club members! It’s a fun and relaxed gathering, where you can unwind at the farm and get to know the other Arrangers’ Club members. Flower Happy Hour happens on Thursdays at 5pm once a month, during the Arrangers’ Club pickup window.
At Flower Happy Hour, we’ll have a cocktail of the month. Then, Samantha will teach the group to make an arrangement themed to go with their cocktail, using the flowers in that week’s flower bundle. We’ll have some snacks around, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Arrangers’ Club members can join Flower Happy Hour for $35, and use their weekly flowers to make the demo arrangement. You can also bring a friend who isn’t in the club! Non-members can purchase a ticket for $95, and they’ll get their own flowers to use during the event.
What Other Workshops are Available?
Each Workshop offered will have a slightly different structure, sometimes focusing on how to highlight and use a specific type of flower, sometimes focusing on techniques like how to use chicken wire to support an arrangement, or how to hand-spiral a bouquet. There will be something for everybody: beginners and experienced arrangers alike!

What If I Miss the Thursday Pickup?
If you miss the Thursday pickup window, you can come by on Friday from 9am – 2pm to pick up your flowers. We always encourage you to come on Thursday, though, so you can get your flowers at peak freshness–and, see the weekly Demo Arrangement!
After 2pm on Friday, we’ll give your flowers away, so the blooms can be enjoyed by somebody else while they are still fresh.
I’m Going on Vacation! What Happens Then?
If you’ll be away for a week, you can gift your flowers to somebody else in your life! Maybe you have a friend, family member, or neighbor who would be so happy to receive your flowers, and would consider it the best gift ever. Just have them give us your name at the Thursday pickup.
What Flowers will Be in My Weekly Flower Bundle?
The flowers in your weekly bundle will shift with the seasons. Each week’s collection will include 1-5 different varieties of flowers and foliage, curated by us to help you create an elegant, well-rounded arrangement. At Sea Change, we specialize in growing unique blooms, and we select varieties for their beauty, novelty, and usefulness in arrangements.
Here are some of the types of flowers that might be in your weekly bundle: ranunculus, peonies, tulips, dahlias, snapdragons, scabiosa, narcissus, cosmos, lisianthus, nicotiana, orlaya, ammi, yarrow, penstemon, foxglove, flowering basil, and many others.
How Much is a Membership?
We have two Arrangers’ Club membership options: a full-season membership, or a month-to-month membership.
Full-Season Membership
20 weeks of flowers, from May 8th – September 25th (no pickup on July 31).
A full season membership is $900 ($45/wk), paid once up-front.
Month-to-Month Membership
4 weeks of flowers per month (no pickup on July 31st)
A month-to-month membership is $200/month ($50/wk), paid monthly.
Month-to-month memberships will auto enroll at the beginning of each new month–but can be cancelled any time before the new month begins.
All payments are non-refundable once paid.
